Core principles

PropertyOnyx provides property search, matching, workflow and optional paid service tools. Property matches, opportunity scores and automated intelligence are decision-support information and are not guarantees, formal valuations, structural surveys, legal advice or mortgage advice.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions provide the features displayed at checkout for the billing period shown. Customers must be given clear billing, cancellation and renewal information through Stripe and PropertyOnyx.

Negotiation and acquisition

Human negotiation or acquisition services require a separate accepted service agreement and launch approval. Fees, conflicts, cancellation rights, VAT treatment and the point at which any success fee becomes payable must be stated before activation.

Third-party data and professionals

Property information may come from third-party providers and should be independently checked. Solicitors, surveyors, lenders, mortgage advisers, drone operators and other professionals remain responsible for their own regulated or professional work.

Seller finance

Seller-finance information is a proposed commercial structure only. PropertyOnyx does not approve lending, determine suitability or replace legal/financial advice.

RoofCheck

RoofCheck may identify visible potential issues and does not replace a structural survey. Live fulfilment requires approved operator, insurance, review and liability procedures.
